In our globalized world we are making changes in our life styles and standards faster than ever to adept to the needs of society. This often leaves an emotional void or insecurity. We begin to search for a life with more meaning. We start desiring contact with an inner essence and wanting to express this essence in the world, using as much of our human potential as possible.
Personality and leadership qualities are closely linked. A person who is open to learn about one's own personal development not only deepens general aspects of humanity, but also gains a personal and emotional competence and therefore expands ones social competence.
Based on Humanistic, Somatic and Transpersonal Psychology, as well as neuroscience and body-oriented therapy, Core Evolution has developed a theory and practice of Personality Response Patterns™. They act like filters and protections and have been formed by our life experiences.
Experiencing, recognizing and changing Personality Response Patterns enables a person to reflect on one's own attitude and the associated image that the person has about oneself, others and the world and to gain the capacity to transform patterns of thinking and behavior, that don’t serve the quality of life.
This process is not only important in the therapeutic work, but allows a leader to develop emotional clarity and depth, presence and contact skills and social skills and thereby be able to perceive people and the organization differentiated due to awareness.
The ability to lead people requires insights into the energetic laws of life processes.
In the Energy & Consciousness Program - focusing on Core Evolution, we also look at early developmental situations to recognize and change learned patterns of reactive behavior, which could become the basis for potential conflicts. Thus, knowledge of human nature and behavior is an invaluable integral part of a management and leadership task.
These insights are important for conflict management, because in a conflict often factual and relationship levels are mixed. A Core Evolution trained leader is not focused on simple behavioral changes through control or motivational training, but about understanding, how those feelings that lead to the conflict arise and how they can be creatively and beneficially for all parties resolved.
Social, psychological and methodological skills require emotional competence. The Energy & Consciousness Leadership Program, with the focus on Core Evolution, teaches to recognize mental and emotional ‘triggers’ and thereby a person learns to act less reactive. The application of these principles promotes clear, creative thinking and mindfulness based reflection, flexibility and body awareness. This also provides the basic knowledge for the prevention of fatigue, bordom, depression and ultimately burnout in oneself and in others.
A leader who is in conscious contact with their body-mind-spirit continuum makes competent and responsible decisions that support the wellbeing of people, the organization, and the environment.
This may sound first idealistic, but it is a natural progression when corporate and personal consciousness are mutually addressed. Through a balance of knowledge, intuition and emotional competence, this program provides the ability to practice and apply pragmatic wisdom.
